Today I did a mix of CG for lower body - 45 minutes. I added on a 4 minute Cathe CF tabata.

YT-gosimpli- 20 min. seated Pilates Ring workout
VideoStride- "Banff-Lake Louise, Canada Treadmill workout- 25 min.
IFit- "Moose Lake Rowing workout"-Jasper Nat'l Park, Alberta, Canada- 10 min.
Hydrow- 5 min. Steady Rowing Cooldown- Vancouver, Canada

Another couple Canada travels on Wed! Siobhan, Canada is a beautiful place...

Hi ladies,

Busy day today. I got up early so I could get a workout in. So I did another of that name I can't spell or pronounce, it was a 45 minute Cardio Kickboxing workout. In these workouts the time just flies by which is good.

I am meeting my son's girlfriend's mom for lunch at 12:15 and I need to talk to a seamstress about my MOG dress.

Nice workouts ladies.

I was thinking......"what is a MOG dress"......My best guess is "Mother of Groom" dress!
Yay! I think I'm right.............am I? :)
 
Yes, Linda you are correct. Mother of the Groom dress. I have an appointment Wednesday with a seamstress.
