Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Total Body TimeSaver-Sculpt Shadow Boxing" - 19 min.
YT-CrossRope- 6 min. Jump Rope & Biceps Intervals
Hydrow- 5 Min. "I don't want to cool down" Rowing Cooldown - Somerville, MA

That's it. I'm gonna try M-F this week, but workouts will probably be shorter.

Today was gonna be a pool day but our fire alarm decided to give me a fire drill twice this morning and I have trouble resetting the thing.

So no pool, but I did the cardio portion (47 minutes) of Les Mills Combat 04 Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter. It was good and I am sweaty.

I may lay out here at home.

Peloton has a new "5 Day Express" strength program, focusing on "hypertrophy and explosive power." 20 minute full body classes. I’m going to do the program this week. It’s meant to be repeated for 6 to 8 weeks I do believe. But I’m not a fan of repetition so I might insert the classes randomly once I see what it’s all about. Followed with a 30 minute 80s ride. Fun tunes!

The weather is supposed to be gorgeous in Pennsylvania this week. I have some lawn work to finish up today. Yesterday we spent the day at the state park with the dogs.

Calico… glad you got everything reset this morning. Sorry you missed your pool day.

Aqua girl… hopefully the shorter workouts will help and not aggravate your sciatica.

ChelePA, interesting workout with Peloton 5 Day Express strength program. I do love the hypertrophy workouts. Let us know how you like it!
 
Today I did Boss Loops Glutes and Core express floor and abs only for 35 minutes followed by Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes. Hope I don't aggravate my leg but it felt good!

Hi Nicki, it is in the mid 80's today, earlier it was 77 degrees.

Add on 110 minutes in the sun. Doesn't look like I will get to the pool till Friday. Every other day is cloudy.

I really enjoyed the Boss Bands and Loops Routines. I wish she used those fabric bands more in other workouts.
