Hi Siobhan,
Today I taught my Silver and Fit class 12 ladies and 1 gentleman. It was a full class and a full hour long.
Then I did an hour of weights including barbell bench press, dumbbells for chest flyes, concentration curls, lying triceps and shoulder press (1 arm at a time) all using 15 pound dumbbells. Then I did the back and shoulder machines. And finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. And a nice stretch.
Nice wworkout Siobhan, always nice to get something in no matter the length.
