Hi gals,
Today is my oldest son's 23rd birthday!!
I did 28 min. of the Get Ripped Taebo (skipping the weight segment ) then went to the gym for 45 min. of weight work. Hit shoulders hard since I had no pain this morning, but of course now I do, sigh... can't win.
Honestly I had no pain all weekend long and if felt sooo good, now it is back. Oh well, hopefully it will be short lived.
