Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G - her latest bodyweight legs - OMG - i couldn't keep up. My legs are still shaking. I added on Cathe's PUB for chest and shoulders. Now, to stretch!

Today I had get this 11 ladies in my class!!! We did the one with the electric slide in it, it was good and about 55 minminutes since I went overtime just a tad..

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including barbell, 3 machines (back, shoulder and calf), cables and floorwork for abs and legs then a stretch.

Now I have to go to the post office for stamps.
