Today's workouts:

KCM- Power Split- Premix: Power Lower Body workout-no finishers - 22 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Legs Weight Plate Workout
Hydrow Circuit Training # 34- 20 min. Rowing & Weights AMRAP
Hydrow- 5 min. Post-Row Mobility with Foam Roller in Seville, Spain

Glad you were able to get in a workout over the weekend with 23 minutes of standing abs and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Midal MVMT - push day for 46 minutes and added on 10 minutes of plank cardio with Bully Juice. I was able to stretch a lot in between sets as the rests were long (very heavy weights).

Annette - different recoveries? You recovered more quickly, I'm guessing.

Hi Siobhan, I was still on here, so I thought I would say "yay!" on a great long workout this AM with
Midal MVMT - push day for 46 minutes and added on 10 minutes of plank cardio with Bully Juice.
Sounds like a great overall workout! Wow, 10 min. of planks----good for you!!! :)

Hi ladies,

Hubby is losing weight which is good, but he wakes up with no energy and remains that way until the afternoon. Then he gets a boost that lasts til after supper and then he is beat again. He is eating and drinking water. Some bloating is still around. No fever high or low. He sees the surgeon on Thursday for a post op.

Today I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and then 15 minutes of floorwork and standing work for abs, legs and glutes. Short stretch.

Nice variety in our workouts today.
 
Annette, glad your hubby is feeling somewhat better, I guess it just takes time and rest...
