Good morning everyone,

I hope we all start the week off in a good mood.

This morning I did a KCM Your Best Body premix that combined both workouts with cardio. It was about 1 hour. Not sure why I am pulling out so much KCM.

I hope you all get in a great workout today.

Carmen - I sure hope the weather stays calm near you.

Conni - I hope you got in a good workout to de-stress

Annette - More weight training today?

Hi ladies,

Today was a Barre workout day - I did Booty Barre. OMG, I was sweating so hard by the end of this. I think this is harder than Turbo Barre. I expect some thigh doms tomorrow..

It's Monday, oh joy....
 
I plan to do

kickboxing today, and I might try one of the MMA kickboxing. After that, I will do my legs, and I will stretch after each workout.
 
Good monday morning!! Just finished TJ Cardio Party using weighted gloves! woo hoo.

Thick clouds this morning. Rain earlier and probably more as the day goes on but weather is no different than any other during rainy season. The sun is peeking out now! I'm glad they called off work but seems its was a call made a little too soon.

Connie - sounds like a great workout out. I'll need to look that one up.

Siobhan I like KCM step kick boxing.

Annette - cardio or weights today?

Weights today... last 2 weeks of my membership and I can't do it again because I was unable to get a part time job other than subbing and subbing isn't regular enough to warrant another bill every month.:(:( But I was at the gym 45 min. working upper and lower body. Did some different exercises for back and chest and biceps. (used the cable)

First day of homeschooling my only son left at home and of course it was like or is like pulling teeth, sigh.
