Today's workouts:
IFit- Upper Body Strength- 30 min.
IFit- "Bike & Box" Workout # 1 - 34 min.
Only 2 this AM, but took me 1 hr+ ! Upper body strength is a great weight workout with either low
impact cardio or jump rope intervals between each of the upper body exercises. The Bike & Box
workouts are neat, 3 min. intervals on the bike, alternating with 3 min. intervals of boxing combos
off the bike. Time flys!
