Aaaaand here's August!

Hi Annette,

Today I did Caroline G's bi's, tri's and planks for 45 minutes. It was pretty enduring. I will do my own stretch. Holiday here today. Phew. I love me a long weekend.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I spent about 90 minutes vacuuming the upstairs and organizing my bedroom, vacuumed some downstairs and started laundry. I also did a 43 minute Taebo (which was actually the 2nd half of Billy's hour and a half workout). I had on my wrist weights during the workout.

I am a sweaty mess.

Well, I am a veteran Cathlete whose had to stop for 4 years due to health and life.
I thought this might be a good check in to join.

I did KickMax (all) into Pure Strength CH, SH , TRI & Pure Strength BK & BI .
They were great together !
I love the Pure Strength Series.
I am going to do Cathe’s August rotation with add ons.
I have not done many of the workouts she included!! I am excited!!
