Whoa - August is slipping away!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short 25 minute hiit bootcamp from SSOD + added in Cathe's Lite pyramid lower body - sliding lunges only. I did my own stretch.

Ceci - I just said to my husband this morning I cannot believe it's almost the end of August. I feel like August went by faster than July. September and October are two of my favorite months so I am looking forward to that. The hiking is the best as the weather is perfect.

Today was Yvette Bachman Cardio Bodyweight Blast. Wow is all i can say!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Revised Senior Circuit to 9 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and glutes.

Hot day today.
