Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did 45 minutes of a longer total body workout by Chris & Edi. Their workouts are so interesting and always have a twist in them. I will do my own stretch.

ChelePA - You've been doing step for a long time that I'm sure you're really good at it. I don't have the physical space or the mental bandwidth in the a.m. to figure out what's going on. Logic has never been my strength :(

Yeah to Sunday rest days for everyone else!

Finally got a diagnosis last Thursday. Reviewed the xrays and the chiropractor says my spine is twisted which is on a nerve. That explains all the pain in my hip and leg. Had my first adjustment and will be going twice a week until it's straightened out. I did feel some relief from that first visit and am looking forward to feeling better each week.
That also explains why, when I do a workout, it is painful a day after and continues. It's why I'm only able to get in one workout then can't move.

Today I found an older advanced Taebo from when he did I think 12 advanced workouts and released them by number. I remember asking on a Taebo board which were the best ones and then only bought those recommended.

So I remembered number 10 being a good one so I found it on YouTube. Well ladies I made it through half around 34 minutes (with commercials) and then it was floorwork which I did 1 round of and then called it a day. Plus it is very hot in the house despite it being only 79°F inside. But I did something, yay me!!

Nice workouts so far ladies!!

Nicki… really hoping the chiropractic treatment helps you. Glad you have a diagnosis.

Calico… our house holds the heat too. Glad my basement is cooler, otherwise I don’t think I could exercise daily.

Cathe Live 238: PHA Plus Cardio Blasts. This might be my favorite one to date. Cardio blast then lower body followed by upper body exercise. No repeats. Just under one hour. I was a sweaty mess! Dumbbells and a three riser step. I think there was a total of 10 circuits. Loved it!

Nicki- So happy for you to get a diagnosis finally. Glad the chiropractor was able offer some relief, so nice Yeah!! I hope future adjustments will also offer even more relief and eventually no more pain at all. I'm so happy for you, this is huge news:)

Cathe Live 238: PHA Plus Cardio Blasts- sounds challenging. Lve PHA workouts not sure on cardio blasts, the jury is out due to knee issues. Bravo on that tough workout. Have a great rest of your day;)
