Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's latest tempo workout for upper body + added on 3 segments of cardio from Cathe's afterburn. Now, to stretch.

Sounds like you had a nice walk yesterday Annette. The weather was much nicer yesterday.

Hi Siobhan and others,

Today I had 8 ladies and we did my Disco Body Weight circuit for 51 minutes.

Then I did 60 minutes of weight work including barbell, machines, and dumbbells along with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workout for you too Siobhan.
