Doctor said at my physical my blood pressure was too high and tio re-check in a month. Mammogram is still upcoming in September.
Very nicely done today with the following workouts:
Blender- "Total Body Pyramid" - 37 min.
IFit- "Lago de Braies Part 2 Treadmill Walk, Italy" - 22 min.
Gotta love the passport walk in Italy, that just sounds amazing, who wouldn't want to do that.
