Hi ladies,

Today was Cize workout 3, and CLX recharge. Just what I needed today and I am loving Cize!
 
Hi conni. I managed a YouTube Mike Chang bodyweight workout. In fact, I did three short ones so did about 45 minutes. Thank goodness. Pizza and coolers for dinner at 10 pm last night. I can't handle cheese. Affects my breathing badly. Ah. well.

Must have eaten something that bloated me up because last night and this morning I felt heavy and my weight last night and this morning told a story that wasn't good.

So I did 28 minutes of This is Taebo and then hit the gym hard for 55 minutes.
