Hi all,

Today I had 9 ladies and we did my shorter but faster pace Silver and Fit 3 workout, it was 50 minutes.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including barbell, machines, dumbbells and floorwork for abs.

Then I added some hit and miss work on my other cd. Oh boy, it is 15 songs and very upbeat music. I may have bit more than I can chew. I did work on it for a combined time of around 18 minutes.

I also vacuummed the downstairs and cleaned the litter boxes for about 20 minutes.
 
Started my week of Cathe with Lite Body & Bands and today was an old school Cathe Interval Max!
