Well the reunion was nice, I didn't lose the weight I wanted to actually after I said that on here I gained,


, then I lost what I had gained by the reunion and now today of course I am down even more, go figure.
I did about 50 min. of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme, hadn't done that one in a while. Mixing it up last week helped some with the weight I think.
I was looking to see how many different people I have to exercise to : Billy Blanks, Amy Bento, Kelly Coffey-Meyers, Cathe, Jeannette Jenkins, the Powerstrike lady, Kimberly Spreen and Janis Saffell. I think I could go a whole week without doing the same person IF I didn't like taebo so much, LOL!!
