Today was a rest day - I did BH Ripped Core 50 minute workout.

Got the curtain rod and sheers up yesterday, furniture coming Wednesday!!

I love your rest days. Wow.

This morning I did Burn Sets - chest/shoulders/tri's + Core 1.

Carmen - let us know how your first day at work goes. So sorry about your knee. At least you will have a great ice breaker to talk about - your crutches... to ease your way back into work with everyone.

So sorry to hear about your knee Carmen I hope it heals well and fast.

Today I did a mishmosh of things, I did the warm up off of Cardio Kicks, then did the kickbox and arm drills off of CTX Kickbox and the kickbox and part of the hi/lo off of CTX 10-10-10 and stretch off this also. So a Cathe mishmosh it was today.:D

Still at my low weight so that is good dispite the weekend and going out to eat. On MyFitnessPal I did drop my calories so that may help also.
