Hi Everyone,

Today I took a rest day but did my yoga moves. I've been doing the 5 tibetan rites most mornings since I was in vancouver (found the book there) back in February. It really gives energy - not sure why.

Hi all

Today was Low Max. I forgot how much this workout works your legs and mine are screaming!

It's raining and warm here as well.

Ceci - I have decided that I am going to try and get some yoga in before bed. I get up at 5AM as it is to do my main workout before work so I really don't think I can get up any earlier.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit workout 3 to 17 members for 53 minutes. Then I did 25 minutes on the elliptical.
