Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 7 ladies in my Silver and Fit class. We did my Silver and Fit 4 routine which is 52 minutes long. It felt like a crowd,whoohooo!!

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including a machine for back, shoulders and biceps, barbell chest press, and dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps. And floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
