I hope you don't mind me joining in your check-in. I am not a morning person, so I do my workouts at night, and I just finished Imax 2, and the first four intervals and blasts of Imax 3. My dear boyfriend is an enabler, and, last night, he bought and prepared a huge spread of fattening food for my daughter and me. I don't keep that kind of food around my house because it is too tempting.
I have lost 8 to 10 pounds now, and I want to lose around 8 more.
