Daily Check-in Monday April 3

Thanks for asking Judy...I have run in the rain for alot of years. It is never to bad unless it is also windy, then the fun factor goes down!! The trail run yesterday wasn't bad. Except for the huge puddles on the last 3 miles of the course. I about fell 2 times so I started to walk thru them instead of trying to run...I am amazed at all of you that run on a treadmill, that is pretty dedicated too...:)..its a Clean Max day for me too. I am off and DH goes to work, much easier to clean when he is gone...x( :)
 
Heather-it's funny, you know? Because I was doing really TOUGH, LONNNNNNGGGGGG workouts for LONGGGGGGG TOUGH rotations for a while there. Last month, I followed Cathe's March rotation and have had a COMPLETE mood change. I am back to the 'normal' Cathe workouts, perhaps combing 2 (maybe 3) different things from different workouts, but not OVERKILL anymore. Now I am doing the same thing with a new rotation posted on these boards, and I came up from my workout room HAPPY this morning because it was not AS INTENSE as the past. I actually ENJOYED myself COMPLETELY again.

Yeah, there IS something to toning it down every now and then! LOL

Good morning ladies :)

Sorry to hear about the nasty storms/rain that are running through your areas. It is raining here today but then it gets really fun this afternoon when it is suppose to turn over to snow x( . What month is it? Anyway I just finished SB and ME w/out abs. I get to thick in the waist if i work my abs too much :( I am off to the shower and then DD and I have errands to run, just love taking a two year old out in the rain/snow to run errands x( . Boy I sound negative today. Hope you all have a great Monday!!

You guys are on the ball, nice workout everyone.

This morning, I did Kick Max (drills & legs)300 cross cable crunches. I just did not feel like doing the cardio portion of Kick Max this morning. Saturday, Core Synergistics. Sunday, Imax 2 & MIS UB. I guess I was a little tired this morning, long day Sunday.

Tonight, GS legs and afterwards a hot bubble bath then REST REST REST…….

Hi all, I did CTX Kickbox cardio only with weighted gloves and ankle weights this afternoon.

I honestly think that I am depressed, I can't get myself up in the morning, I really don't want to work out anymore, and all I want to do is EAT!!!

Please pray that I find a balance somewhere before things get totally out of control.

Well I used a little self restraint and did NOT do cardio today!:p

I decided to add in a little light weight leg work every day I do the April 05 rotation since I don't like working my legs heavy. On days when the rotation calls for legs (1 day per week),I will stick w/the light weights and do whatever work out it calls for.

So today I did 50 walking lunges w/8# DB's and 50 w/no weight. I ended it w/the ab work from HSC just because I felt like it.:p Love that ab routine for some reason!}( Ofcourse I did chest and back as the rotation calls for and OMG I thought my chest was gonna fall on the floor afterwards! LOL :7

Tomorrow calls for IMAX 1...I don't have it and have not decided if I will do IMAX 2 or 3 or go to the gym for another interval cardio instead...

sorry for the brief check-in... I feel neglectful because I am not fully reading/responding to everyone's posts....
Yesterday was Power Circuit, today is yoga class, and tomorrow is All Step...
I am going to try and stick with CTX for one more week, and by then I hope to have figured out another rotation with daily cardio/one body part.

I promise I am going to start being more supportive of everyone else - thanks for letting me just stick my self in here to maintain my momentum.

This morning I did Cardio & Weights.

Dutchie - I've done SH in my pajamas, too!

Tracy - don't feel guilty about not doing personal responses; not everyone has time to do that, and this list is growing to fast too really keep up :)

Annette - I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time. Are you working in the evenings now? If you posted the results of your job interview, I must have missed it.

My girls are getting over the chicken pox just fine, thank you to those who asked about them. Now, I have a cold <aaachoooo!>.

Hello, ladies,

I hope you don't mind me joining in your check-in. I am not a morning person, so I do my workouts at night, and I just finished Imax 2, and the first four intervals and blasts of Imax 3. My dear boyfriend is an enabler, and, last night, he bought and prepared a huge spread of fattening food for my daughter and me. I don't keep that kind of food around my house because it is too tempting.

I have lost 8 to 10 pounds now, and I want to lose around 8 more.

Great workouts, all.
 
Hugs to you Annette. You've been through a lot this year, losing your Mother is tough. Be good to yourself you may need some rest time.
 
Hi ladies... L&G tonight. I'm going to the gym on Weds. I think this will be a great way to shake up my routine.

I'm thinking cardio will be running, Imax(es), LM, KM (or KPC) and gym for the lifting. I'm not sure but it should be fun :)
 
Hi Sandra, no I did not get that job, I actually go for a 2nd interview with Wal-Mart tomorrow, but they already want me to change my hours of availability so I don't think I can with the boys and all. We'll see.
