Blender- "Lower Body Dirty Dozen" - 27 min. (last night)
Hydrow CT #16- 20 min. Rowing & Weights EMOM
IFit- Venice Treadmill Walk- Italy - 20 min. Love that, even sounds wonderful and great sights too.

Siobhan- I hope you had a great weekend. WTG on today's workouts with:
Michelle Briehler - Metcon for arms and shoulders= 33minutes plus added on 18 minutes of Zumba Class, and off to stretch. If I were to guess about the term Metcon, I think its short for metabolic conditioning. Wow!

Then Today's workout was a really fun and tough sounding workout today with:
a blast from the past ala circuit style with: Interval Workout and it was more grueling than I remembered. Basically a warm up, then 10 rounds of 1 minute of a fast paced cardio exercise,
the 2 minutes of a lesser cardio move and the 2 minutes of weight work ending with a cooldown and stretch. It was an hour long. Wow that does sound grueling. WTG and Awesome workout, Way to me amazing

Hopefully all will go well today. Saturday I had vision issues that lasted a short while, then returned to normal thank goodness. I've been fighting through some major burn out and stress getting everything done each day.
My doctor has prescribed naps everyday at least an hour or two max. This is because of MS and my MS Medication it lowers cwertin white blood cell counts. I have to get blood tests every six months to monitor my white blood cells.
It takes me two hours every morning to clean the house, do laundry throughout the day and two loads at night folded and put away at night. This makes for long days.
With MS its a struggle to keep one's energy level up to get stuff done and the fatigue is like slaminging into a brick wall, plus fatigue making blance issues worse.
But I press on so that's why the late check ins that happen. I'm trying my best to get it all done.
