Hi Everyone,

Today I did... nothing. I am taking a couple of weeks off from any type of exercise. I really need to give my body a rest. something is not right down the front of my legs. When I exercise or wear anything other than running shoes, my legs are achey at night (and can cramp up if I don't stretch). I feel similar burning down my forearms/hands though not nearly as much. These few days of rest have worked wonders. not sure if something more serious is going on. The wrong shoes seem to have a serious impact on how the front of my legs feel at night (no issues during the day). It's like shin splints with lactic acid ??? an ibuprofen takes it all away too. hmmmm. doctor doesn't know what it is as it only happens at night. podiatrist not sure either. osteopath - same. a personal trainer friend thinks it's an overuse injury since it acts up after working out, wearing bad shoes etc...

anyway............. have a great day and a great workout today.

Hi all

Ceci I am sorry that you are having all these issues. It's smart to take some time off. I think sometimes we just do too much as woman - working, taking care of the kids, house, etc. We need to take care of ourselves first.

I did not get here to start a thread this weekend but Saturday was a hike and yoga, yesterday was ICE Metabolic Total Body Live, Icy Core #1 and Yoga. Today was Yvette Bachman Cardio Mix Up. Man she is tough!

Have a great day.

Hi ladies,

Oh Ceci, not fun to have unexplainable feelings and /or pain. Rest is good. I did nothing this weekend either. Praying that you feel better soon.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit Revised Circuit to 15 members which included 3 men, 1 of which was new. This was 50 minutes.

Then I did 25 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs.

Then I did 37 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I have physical therapy appointment scheduled for tomorrow at 2 for my arm/shoulder. Praying they can help me.

Have a great day and workout!!
