Good morning ladies. Today was Peak 10 Cardio Strength. I could only do 4 of them. Sweaty and breathless this morning.

Today was 26 minutes of This is Taebo and then 50 minutes at the gym hitting chest hard and all other upper body muscle groups. A little calf work thrown in along with abs.
