Hi Everyone,

Today I did Milhoy 45 minute low impact cardio. I did my own stretch - as usual.

I think we are finally moving into double digits weather-wise. Yeah :)

Annette - My DH is also working from home these days. He is a Sr. Mgr for a major Cdn health care firm + he has his own private accounting/tax business. He has always worked A LOT!!!!! Plus, he cooks, cleans, shops, pays bills (i'm the lazy one between the two of us :) ) Unfortunately, he doesn't exercise. He used to but now only walks the dog - but the dog has been in Ottawa since mid March! We hope to get her back sometime in May but it's gonna be tear-filled as my DD loves having her.

Today was You can do anything for a minute live. I will try to walk and stretch later.
I love Cathe life so much it’s like having a new work out every day.

Ceci your husband sounds like mine. He has a more demanding job then I do (senior cyber security engineer) plus he cooks, does all things around the house, helps me deal with the kids AND he exercising. I am very pampered lol.

Hi gals,

My husband is a Safety Officer in the Radiation Safety Office and works as support staff for those researching cancer and now COVID-19. He is alternating with his co-worker going in one week 3 days a week and the other person 2 days and then they switch the next week.

Today I did my own 140bpm freestyle kickboxing it was 53 minutes. Then I did my Tribal Circuit routine which was 45 mi minutes long. Then I did 36 minutes of weight work using a band and dumbbells. This also included floorwork for abs and legs.

Think I am finished now. I am also doing laundry.

And I have always been a stay at home mom, I homeschooled to boys all the way through, of course they are grown now but 2 still live at home.

I have worked along the way to help when bills got to be too much. I worked in a group home(weekends only because I was still schooling the
boys) , substituted in the schools( when the boys could manage their school work alone a few days a week), worked as a GED teacher(very part-time, and this was an evening job). And now I volunteer my time to teach classes at the gym.
