Daily Check-in, Monday, April 27, 2026

Hi ladies,

Today I debated going to the gym, I see my kidney doctor later this afternoon.

I ended up doing the newest garage Taebo from I think 9 days ago. I only did 38 minutes of it and added on my own 2 minute stretch. It was called "Let's Work It" and surprisingly there were more kicks than his normal garage workouts. It is 56 minutes but I was getting bogged down with the speed of his combos so I stopped early. Still a very good cardio.

Guess I will go to the gym tomorrow.

My body is still adjusting to how low my pulse rate is now. Definitely way lower than my normal.

combos with upper body exercises. It is one of her Raw workouts so you will have to either subscribe to her YouTube channel $4.99 or thru her website $6.99. Thru Vimeo
