Last week of April already. geesh.

Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Lesmill cardio (i modified a lot) for 30 minutes, added on 18 minutes of Funk Roberts latest youtube upper body workout and now - I will stretch!

Hi Siobhan,

Well, now my brother will come home Wednesday. He made it through the night with no oxygen so that was very good.

Today I had 8 ladies, yes 8!! We did one of my circuits for 52 minutes. Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell, dumbbells and the new machines plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workout, hey modifying is allowed.
