Today's workouts:

Hydrow CT# 35- 10 min. Rowing & Weights EMOM
Hydrow- 5 min. Rowing Cooldown & Stretches- Miami Beach
IFit- "Venice Dorsoduro", Italy Treadmill walk- 20 min.
Blender- "Quick Fix-Push-Pull" add-on - 13 min.
Total workout time: 48 min. (a good little mix in 48 min!)

Hi Everyone,

Today I opted for a 45 minute MPL workout. Sometimes I just want no weight and no cardio but want to feel like I really challenged myself and worked out. This was very challenging but equally fun.

Linda - you got in a nice variety. you're so creative
Annette - sorry about the water issue. I hope it gets repaired today
Nora - nice workout on Saturday

Annette, hope all is going good today…
 
Unfortunately, the day isn't going well. Plumber had a water heater ready but the delivery driver of the truck with the water heaters on it to be delivered to the store quit!! So no water heater....hubby went to Lowe's to get one.

He and the plumber got it installed only to find out that the bottom element wasn't working, sigh. So hubby had to call the company and they now have to send us the new element and it won't be here till tomorrow at the earliest, sigh.

So still no shower.

And it is really cool today. Ugh!!
 
Annette, oh no!! When it rains, it pours, right? Well, they say things happen in three’s, so 1) heater went bad…2). delivery guy quit- that’s a quirky thing to happen anyway, & 3) the one you got didn’t work…..So tomorrow will be a better day! :)

Update - I was running low on time and had to switch to a shorter workout. I did not do
Strong & Sweaty Ramped Up Upper Body- Mish Mosh (Push Pull)= 45 Min. I instead did Perfect30 Perfect Pump- Upper Body= 32 Min. All the rest were as mentioned above and planned.
