Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 2 - chest/biceps/shoulders + SSOD 10 minute pilates + my own stretch. Looooong workout today. STS is just so darn good with no repeats in this one.

So nice to see your son Annette. I would love to see friends and family. It's been a while for us all. We now have a snitch line for anyone who breaks physical distancing rules. My youngest DD stops outside her sister's apartment to pick up the dog and take her for a walk. She cannot go into the apartment, else risk an $800+ fine if caught. Interesting times.

Hi all

Today was Cardio Strength Blast Live. I will be doing yoga later.

Ceci we are not that strict here. We have been to see my son who lives an hour South of us. My daughter who lives in MD goes between her apartment and her boyfriends in the same city all the time.

I am super worried for folks if this lockdown goes on much longer -not only financially but mentally and physically as well.

It was nice seeing him, it was the 1st time since this all started so it is not something we do on a regular basis. But I did give him 2 big hugs, one when he got here and another before he left.

Today I tried out the 150+ bpm freestyle kickboxing cd. It is actually 56 minutes long and I was tired and sweating by the end.

Then I did a Taebo 'Quarantine ' at home workout that Billy does with his wife and 11 year old daughter. It was 25 minutes long. He hit shoulder, biceps and triceps at the end of the workout and I felt it.

So I did weights for chest and back with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I did chest press and flies using 8, 10, 12, and 15 pound dumbbells sometimes holding 2 dumbbells at a time for 20 reps for each weight. Then did one exercise for back, lying overhead extension just using 10 and 12 pound dumbbell. This all took 25 minutes.

Need to eat....very hungry!!LOL!!
