Happy April Fool's Day,

Yes! we had snow on and off all day yesterday. None of it stuck around but it's -11 c out there this morning. I would say that pretty much every March we hav a snow storm here. We can have 18 c in early march and a snow storm a week later. March is always weird weather wise that's why we don't take off our snow tires until end of april at the earliest.

Today I did a kettlebell Hasfit workout. It was tough. I added on my own stretches and yoga moves.

Glad to see you both checking in yesterday.

Hi all

Ceci - do you like the snow and cold weather? I can't stand it so I am always glad when April rolls around. It was 70 here on Saturday!

Annette - I hope you feel better!

Rest day today. I woke up not feeling so great with this cold so I slept in.

Hi gals,

Not 100% but I did teach my Silver and Fit class to 15 members for an hour . My nose is stuffy and my sinuses feel pressure. So after class I went to a store quickly and then home.

Cold again today here.
