Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 9 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 60 minutes of weight work for my heavy day. I did not do legs today.

Hi Annette & all to follow....hope you are having a good day. Still numb from the dentist, but managed to eat some
Soup for supper....I did a scrambled type workout this afternoon, a Firm warmup, ramping segments with Leslie
And Gin, inner thigh work and stretching with Margaret Richard. Good little mixed up workout. :)
 
Geez, I am still in Weekend mode here, lol, I posted there first! :eek:

Today I did one of my faves: ICE LIS first half of Cardio 1 & Last half of Cardio 2! :)

Hello all. Welcome back Missy and welcome gypsy mom! I had an unscheduled rest day today because I overslept!. I'm back to work and set my alarm clock for PM instead of AM. I guess I needed the extra sleep. Have a great day everyone.

A long time! I did another short workout after walking Coco, actually I re-visited one of my old workout blender
Workouts, from the first workout blender that's on my desktop and we made workouts from downloads we
Purchased. Did anyone else ever use it? I didn't get too many downloads, but made a lot of workouts from the
Ones I have. I have kept them all, either on my iPods or USB sticks, so it was kinda' fun to go back and do one.
