Easter is over and there will be NO MORE EATING OF THE CRAP!!! Everyone got that?????

Stepworks was great! I love that workout. Did a segment from Ab Hits too. So tonight I will walk and maybe do some walking lunges.

OOH OOH I also ordered new wo's today! KickMax, CoreMax, CTX Power Circuit & KPC/L&G's!!! Should be here by Thursday!!! YAY!!!

Hi all.

Later check in for me today. I have not worked out yet today and have no real clue of what I'll do when I finally get around to it. I have major house-cleaning catch-up to do since I let it go pretty badly while I was sick.:( I figure I can turn that into a cardio work out ;) LOL. DH will take care of Joey after dinner if my work out has to wait until then...He's a keeper!;-)
 
Hope everybody had a great Easter. I ate horribly and to my surprise was down 2.5 pounds this morning, go figure. LOL!!

I actually did a Step workout today, I did half (Intervals 1-5) of IMAX 1 today for my workout. I haven't done step in months and my feet did fairly well though I did modify to lower impact.

This morning I did HCXtreme Intreval Blasts + Legs.

Becky: I did the Gauntlet on Saturday. I have decided it's my favorite Terminator workout...enjoy!

Shannon: How nice that you could sleep in...enjoy your workout.

Kali: I'll have to dig out StepWorks and put it on my rotation.

Tracy: I have GS Legs on the rotation this week too.

Laurie: Ouchies! That is some leg workout!

Heather: Great workout! I tack on the abs from the CTX series a lot.

Just checkin' in to keep me honest! I did my w/o shortly after dinner...

Push Pull upper body 3 set premix + abs from C&W.

I was cryin' for my mommy after the FIRST bi/tri set and then I still had to do it TWICE MORE!:eek: I got through it...I did EVERY SINGLE REP...don't know how though!}(

Great work outs all...see ya in the morning!:*

I'm giving Debbie's Get Ready For Summer Rotation a try so I have her to thank for my w/o this evening! }(

I will no doubt be changing up the cardio in the rotation though to incorporate the gym!:+
