Well I guess I am starting this today???

Good Morning everyone!!!

I hope everyone had a nice Easter weekend.

Yesterday I took a good 4 mile walk and did MTV Pilates workout for the first time. I thought it was very good.

Today I face.......THE GAUNTLET! Ready or not.......:eek: }(

Good morning Becky and all who follow!

I survived yesterday's early morning workout, and the family gathering was nice. Today I will luxuriate in a workout done MUCH later in the day! :D ...any time I please, since I'm on vacation! I'm also going to get out and poke around in the yard and finally clean house!

So, today I think will be Low Max, along with Core Max 2 and a good stretch.

I am going to start the Butts and Guts rotation YET AGAIN!!! So today is StepWorks which is my FAVORITE step workout next to RS. So here I go again trying to stick to a rotation! LOL.

Good morning everyone!

I ate obscene amounts of food over the weekend - uggh! I am feeling sluggish and bloated and yucky today, however, it's back to business! I just finished GS legs and tonight I have yoga class.

I have a crazy, busy week and am leaving Thurs. to take my kids to visit their grandparents, so I'm not sure what workouts I will be doing this week, but probably not 1 body part/day.

Good morning! I did the second segment of Total Body Stretching last night and Cardio Kicks this morning followed by the planks and abs from CTX Kickbox. Cathe has some really good ab work in the CTX Series! I am feeling wiped out again this morning after my workout. I hope my energy returns soon.

Hello All!

Slept in to the '8's today and it was wonderful:) My arms have some nice DOMS from yesterday and my legs are jealous so I'm thinkng GS Legs and LowMax blasts. I was pretty good yesterday eating wise. We had a fire outside in the afternoon and burned a lot of scrub and a wagon full of cedar from last year. DD Elizabeth played guitar for us and I enjoy 2 beverages, t'was lovely!:)

Becky, sounds like a nice long walk, enjoy the Gauntlet.

Shannon can you imagine how strange it would sound to some people that any workout could be included in the same sentance as 'luxuriate'. We, however, totally understand. Have fun!

Kali, StepWorks is so fun, good luck with the rotation.

Goooooood Morning ladies,

Overhere, we have 2nd Easter Day. Honest! We have two Easter days, two Xmas Days and Whit Sunday plus Whit Monday :D

I've taken my doggies on a one hour walk. It was nice out today. Last week it was only 2C, so I'm really pleased with the change.

Today I'll do GS-UB, all of it, as is. To make up for missing my w/o on Saturday. That will be a LONG w/o

I've already sanded all the window sills and balcony door in my bedroom, and put the 1st layer of paint on. I'm using the same shade of white for all window sills and doors through out the house. My bedroom is starting to look really nice. Did I tell I had painted another wall Saturday? Anyways, the area where my bed is, is chives green, and the opposite wall is a light but not too bright shade of green (it's called anise green, didn't know anise was green). I have the big workout mirror on that side, so you get to see the darker green as well when you look that way. It's a nice effect.

I never threw out the wooden top my oldest son had for a desk (has been replaced by a bigger one). And I had seen these white smallish type drawers with a lime green front. So bought two of those and made myself a "desk". Perfect. Too bad you can't see it :)

I managed to do workouts both Sat and Sun, but everyone and their mother had us over to eat something this weekend. Today's plan is for Gym Style Chest and Tri, Core Max 1 and 15-20 min if something aerobic. This weekend is kind of busy, so I'm trying to decide if I can take a couple days off, or if I should get out of bed at 3:30 to fit in a workout. And Sat is the trip to Rochester. Yay!
 
Good Morning Ladies,

Well this is my last day at home before going to work. It has been about a month, and it hasn't seemed that long. But it will be good to get back and see all my friends and just to get out! Foot will do fine as long as it doesn't swell which it will probably do.

Didn't work out this weekend,with doing stuff outside and cooking all yesterday. Yeah, I ate like a blooming pig!!
So today I will SH chest(never did friday) and will do bicycle for 30mins, and maybe will do it again tonight.

Becky-I have the MTV pilates and have only done a bit of it, I will have to pull it out again!

Kali-Girl, I am the worlds worst for finishing a rotation! You are not alone. Enjoy your time off!

Ha Carole. I said I was thinking about getting up at 3:30. I haven't actually done it. At least not for about 3 months.
 
I know but even thinking about it...:)...when I was in banking and had to be into work early, there were times I worked out at 4:30...I am glad I can sleep in a bit more now...:)

This morning I did BodyMax step and circuits, and TBS#2.

Becky - I think Gauntlet is the hardest of the three Terminators. Have fun!

Shannon - I like your idea of a vacation. Run your own Cathe Camp!

Kali - I imagine that's a very effective rotation. Let us know if you get some good results.

Tracy - oh, you must have some toasty legs now. I'm thinking of doing GS legs later on this week.

Laurie - that's a challenging workout you have planned for today, as usual :) The burning cedar must have smelled wonderful! Your day yesterday sounds wonderful.

Heather - great workout! Those Kickbox planks are tough!

Dutchie - what is Whit Sunday and Monday? Good luck with all that upper body work!

Conni - you were busy this weekend! Good work!

Robin - 3:30am is the middle of the night! Yikes! Good on ya if you can manage that and stay awake the rest of the day.

Phyllis - tuck jumps are tough. A strong core and hip flexors really help out, too.

Carole - I didn't manage to get to an open bookstore yesterday, but it's on my to-do list for this afternoon. I love browsing through bookstores, so who knows what I'll actually come home with :)

While I've been typing this message, the baby has been playing with her rattles on the floor, while her big sister has built a fort all around her, using small chairs and blankets. They're now both in the fort, having a Secret Sister's meeting.

Good morning and thank heavens easter is over. I had a eatfest yesterday. It really nice though being with family and friends. Today I did ME and it felt great!!! I was supposed to do it yesterday but had way too much food in my tummy. I will be back on track today though. Have a super day guys.

Hi Everyone,

NO….and I mean NO workouts the pass 3 days. I worked my part time job Sat & Sun 8 hours and I party on top of that, man in two days maybe 4 hours of sleep. Today, dead tired and I have to work tonight EEK! But it is all good. I’m enjoying an additional weekly pay check. It is very nice.

Tomorrow, I will resume my working out as well as clean eating actually clean eating started today. Oh, by the way I am up 4 lbs. Only took 3 days to do, I just don’t understand it. All I had was chocolate, chip and fast foods for 3 day. :eek:) :eek:) :eek:) did I hear someone say bloated…
