Good morning ladies
I wanted to workout Saturday, but my body said no. So, I rested. Then I stayed up way late Saturday night into Sunday 4AM working on my workout schedule.
I went to bed, got two hours sleep, got up staggered around cleaning (due to lack of sleep. This impairs my balance and dexterity (MS). Then took a 3 hours nap and resumed my day mid afternoon. Crazy weekend.
Linda- I saw your post about STS 2.0 is getting close. I have been thinking the same thing, I'm excited.

You can't beat a walk in Stockholm Sweden and Skiing St. Moritz Switzerland,
Step circuit w/abs, KB Jump rope. That sounds so fun I'm envious. Awesome workout, Bravo!!
