Today's workouts:

Blender- Club Step Circuit w/Bonus Abs - 25 min.
Bitgym- Treadmill Walk in Stockholm, Sweden - 15 min.
VideoSki- Skier workout in St. Moritz, Switzerland - 15 min.
YT- criticalbench- 5 min. Kettlebell & Jump Rope Pyramid Hiit Workout

Great start to your day Linda - lots of cardio!

Today I did a Cathe Live Hiit workout for 35 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of MPL.

Good morning ladies:)

I wanted to workout Saturday, but my body said no. So, I rested. Then I stayed up way late Saturday night into Sunday 4AM working on my workout schedule.
I went to bed, got two hours sleep, got up staggered around cleaning (due to lack of sleep. This impairs my balance and dexterity (MS). Then took a 3 hours nap and resumed my day mid afternoon. Crazy weekend.

Linda- I saw your post about STS 2.0 is getting close. I have been thinking the same thing, I'm excited.

Love your workout today was both super fun & challenging, WTG & high fives!!

You can't beat a walk in Stockholm Sweden and Skiing St. Moritz Switzerland,
Step circuit w/abs, KB Jump rope. That sounds so fun I'm envious. Awesome workout, Bravo!!;)

Siobhan- Very nicely done with: a Cathe Live Hiit workout for 35 minutes, added on 10 minutes of MPL. WTG!! HIgh fives!!;)

LOL, yeah, Nora, I am trying to keep up the excitement of the new workouts….I, too, will be glad to get them and close “this chapter“ :). I realized yesterday that I preordered on
Oct. 24 and next Mon. 4/24 will be 6 months…I tend to get a little impatient about now.

Hi ladies,

Today I overslept so my day started later than I planned. Nora sorry you had trouble sleeping, seems I slept too much.

So I stayed home and found a different kickboxing workout on YouTube called TurboKick by Find Your Fitness it was very fast paced but not hard to learn. It was 52 minutes and I worked up a sweat.

Then I did 40 minutes of biceps and floorwork. For biceps I did regular curls, hammer curls, hammer with a twist, and concentration curls starting with 5 pound dumbbells and 20 reps, then 8 pounds and 16 reps, then 10 pounds and 12 reps, then 12 pounds and 8 reps and then 15 pounds for 6 reps. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hopefully tomorrow will be shoulders at the gym.

you had a nice long workout today Annette even if you did oversleep, with a new kickboxing workout on YT & quite the biceps workout & floor work. Nice!
