Today I did 35 minutes of RWH - chest/shoulders. I added on 15 minutes of stretching.

Today was the latest Live workout Low Impact Cardio Compound Training.

Ceci-it started off very rainy here as well but now the sun is out!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 2 workout to 17 members for about 55 minutes.

Then I did 22 minutes on the stair machine and then about 12 minutes of lower body weight work and floorwork abs and legs.

Then I ended with 25 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Now I am beat. I also have shin splints from my Saturday first walk of the season.
