Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Silver and Fit 2 workout to 17 members for about 55 minutes.
Then I did 22 minutes on the stair machine and then about 12 minutes of lower body weight work and floorwork abs and legs.
Then I ended with 25 minutes on the elliptical machine.
Now I am beat. I also have shin splints from my Saturday first walk of the season.
