Daily Check in Monday April 13th, 2020

Hi Everyone,

1 month ago today the world in Canada changed. It was Friday the 13th when everything started shutting down. Announcements came out closing schools, daycares and March break camps. I could not have imagined being here a month later. Whoa.

I worked out yesterday and don't know why I didn't check in. I did my own workout blender of RWH back/biceps and shoulders + a short pilates workout from SSOD.

Today I took a rest day so did a short yoga flow + another short pilates workout.

Hi ladies,

One month ago was my birthday, great way to remember it.

Today I found a 44 minute Les Mills Body Combat Invincible number 14 on YouTube. And I did the whole thing, minus the push ups(did something else) . Then I did 45 minutes of a Pyramid weight workout up and down. 2 exercises for all of upper body with the exception of back. I also did floorwork for abs,legs and gluten.

I was sweating through it all.

Boy I really hate the new updated keyboard that doesn't have my most used words in its database. Should say 'glutes' !!!!
 
Hi all

I cannot believe it’s been a month since we were shut down as well. It’s hard for me to make a clear call on how long this should go on. My husband and I are ver very lucky that we have not been effected at all as we are working remotely at full pay. There are SO many folks that are out of work and I have real concerns for the economy. On the other hand we can’t reopen too soon.

Today was Strong and Sweaty Bootcamp and yoga.

FYI Yoga Tx has been posting great new practices every day.
