Annette- Soo good to hear from you. I've been so concerned. Glad to hear you are at home now. I guess the thing to do is be prayerful always, and follow doctors orders and take meds as directed. Don't think about not working out, right now your priority is you and your health. Please take it easy and take meds as directed and follow doctors instructions that is your new mission to follow so at a later date you can work on returning slowly to workouts.
