Today's workouts:

Blender- "LMR2E: Bonus- Total Body Metabolic Strength Express" - 25 min.
KCM-Body Design dvd- "Kickboxing with light weights" - 12 min.
Blender add-on: "Stability Ball Abs" - 10 min.

Today I did LMR2 for elevated lower body - I think it's about 50 minutes. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - WTG with your blender concoction this morning with a splash of KCM :)
Annette - I'm thinking about you. I share the same sentiments as Linda - I hope you get to go home today.

Hi ladies,

I am home. Gotta take it easy. Considered acute for the next 3 months as the medicine and my body take care of the clots. On 2 new medications to help with my heart muscle which was damaged due to the pulmonary embolisms. And a blood thinner. 3 total new meds.

The echocardiogram showed more damage to my heart than what was originally expected. I have to take it easy with no real exercise other than 5 minute walks on flat surfaces until I have no shortness of breath and then build from there. These 1st 3 months will be tough.

Thanks for the prayers and keep them coming.
 
Annette, glad you were able to get home, take care & rest, and I hope each day you will
feel better & stronger…don’t rush anything….just be peaceful & relax.

Annette- Soo good to hear from you. I've been so concerned. Glad to hear you are at home now. I guess the thing to do is be prayerful always, and follow doctors orders and take meds as directed. Don't think about not working out, right now your priority is you and your health. Please take it easy and take meds as directed and follow doctors instructions that is your new mission to follow so at a later date you can work on returning slowly to workouts. Take care and be well. I as well as others are praying for you, hang in there:) Have a nice restful evening;)
