Hi Siobhan and anyone else,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit Cardio Kickboxing Circuit to 7 ladies for an hour. I do believe that they will get it very soon.

Then I did 40 minutes of weights including barbell chest press up to 110 pounds for 2 reps, dumbbell flyes, hammer curls, lying back and cable for triceps, biceps, back and shoulder ending with floorwork for abs and glutes.

I am hungry,LOL!

Hi Annette!!!!

I had to take a rest day as I got the vaccine this morning. I will be back at it tomorrow! Great workout Annette. i am jealous.
