Hi ladies,

Hoping for a new rotation today from Cathe. Need to start something new tomorrow.
Today was a rest day, but after yesterday I felt like a giant peep, so I did Zumba Exhilarate and Stretchmax 1.

At work, but not thrilled......
 
Happy April 1st. Man, time flies! Today I started the April rotation, I did intensity but my knees cant take it any more. I have to face it that all the short HIITS, and age are catching up to me. I did the step and part of the Hi HIIT segment before I had to stop.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 3 Plyo Legs. Sweatfest. Then I added on 15 minutes of H/C March 101. I just couldn't go on.

Conni - I am sorry you have to work today :(.

Carmen - Intensity is a long workout. It really is 3 workouts in one - step, hiit, bootcamp. Great bang for the buck.

Hi gals,

I did 31 min. of the Total Body Fat Blasting Taebo workout with my weighted gloves on then did about 6 min. of abs off of one of Kelley's workouts.

Honestly I am to the point that I think I am destined to be overweight but active, even tracking my calories I can't lose and with multiple mouths to feed it is hard to modify what I eat. sigh. I am a very fit fat person. But at least my weight is stable and isn't climbing anymore. There's my silver lining.
