Hi everyone!

I haven't checked in for a while. Hope everyone is doing well.

The weekend was full of good workouts. Saturday was a five mile run, GS C&T and Coremax 2. Yesterday was MIC and abs from HSC.

Today is the Viper! Haven't done this one in a while and am looking forward to having my butt kicked;)

Trying to get back on track with Butts & Guts after feeling so crummy for the past few days. Today was Kick Max. I was having a hard time giving 100%.

Good Day Ladies:)

I IMAX'ed my little heart out yesterday, I've never had such a (relatively) easy time finishing IMAX, I actually thought there was going to be more plyo jacks and was feeling pretty rightous after finshing}( :+ Today will be a kickbox morning then one of those run around days, a little work, dentist, orthodontist, lessons, recital.......

Shelley, Wow, MIC and Viper on consecutive days, that's some energy OUTPUT}( , you GO GIRL!:7 I hope it's safe to assume that your hip didn't give you post run grief, Woo Hoo! on that!

Tracy, hope you feel better soon, KickMax is one tough workout!

Good morning,

Yesterday was a 4 mile run (50 min.), and today is GS C&T plus a long run. Today I begin training for my first 5K so I'm incorporating the training into the tail end of the March rotation since I'm on week 3 of that rotation.

Carole, I've been too chicken to pop in to the runner's check-in, but I think I have the nerve today. :) (A shuffler's check-in would probably be more appropriate for me. :+ )

Sunday - Amy Bento's hi/lo Cardio Pump and coremax premix 2.
Today - PUSH ( Kari ) warm up and hi/lo section, Christi Hi/lo Heaven section 1, PUSH stretch and then ab hits 6. Good cardio day!
 
Morning ladies. Today was L&G followed by HSC abs and now I'm off to go run for 30 minutes.

Daily Check-in

Good morning! I did the Low Impact Step + Total Body Sculpting cardio and weight circuit premix yesterday morning and enjoyed it. I love this workout. I did not expect to like it as much as I do, but it is the perfect intensity for times like this. This is definitely one of my happy workouts like Cardio and Weights and Step, Jump, & Pump. I enjoyed a restful Sunday.

I am practicing maintenance. In preparation for my trip to visit my family next month, I am going to try eating clean without planning everything in advance this week. My goal is to simply maintain my weight this week and get plenty of sleep then hit the ground running Sunday morning.

I am pondering the possibility of fasting animal protein again for a season. I have been eating more dairy and chicken lately and feeling sluggish. Of course, I need to get more sleep this week so I can tell if that is the cause.

I went to the club this morning for the first time in over a month and jogged in the pool. It felt good to be in the water again. One of the club employees had my phone number out to call and check on me. At one time, I was going to the club twice a day. That was last year before the Ya Yas introduced me to Cathe.

Conni, do you like Push? I love Kari and am always looking for more floor aerobics.

Good morning. Sounds like everyone has really good WO for the day. I think I want to try an actual rotation, I guess May's seems doable. I hope I can stick with it. I am feeling better this morning, so I can't wait for the kiddies nap time so I can get rockin'.

I love Push! I also have Classic Cardio with her and Jay and it is good also. Like you, I am always in the hunt for good hi/lo. I got Push from DDD for around $10.00, free shipping. Worth it!
 
Hi everyone. I'm pleased to say I finished a week of a rotation as planned. I hope to continue, but this week it's gonna be hard. I have to take MIL to multiple appointments, starting with the doctor this afternoon after work. I hope to have time this evening to get a back workout done. I'd love to fit in at least 30 min of some kind of step or kickbox workout, but I doubt if that will get done. Tomarrow I'm off and plan chest work, abs, and RS. Enjoy yourself and your workouts all.
 
Hello again,

It's a beautiful day today. I just ran (shuffled :))6 miles for the first time! It took 1.5 hrs, but I did it! (Actually, the distance was a little longer than 6 miles, but I took a 1 minute walk break at 40 minutes, and a 4 minute walk break at 1hr and 8 minutes, and I didn't include the walk distance or time in the total.)

Off to have a smoothie and then on to GS C & T.

Good almost afternoon ladies,

I did timesaver #4 on Saturday. I was going to do #5 on Sunday but woke up with a very sore back. Today I will start a one month rotation that Cathe designed for the body blast series. Step, Jump, and Punch. Looking forward to it.

Hi all,

I did Cardio Kicks, warm up and power drills with cooldown. Nice about 35 min. workout with weighted gloves.

Stressful week here, my father is coming on Wednesday and the topic of his remarriage only 4 months and 1 day after my mom's death is supposed to be mute. I have to hold it together and not lose it while he is here. Please pray that I can.

Good afternoon Ladies!

Sorry that I'm checking in late today but I did do L&G plus a 20 minute run on the treadmill this morning. I've been really busy lately and don't have much time to get online but I managed it :)

Tommorrow I have Imax 1 on schedule plus another doctor's appt so I'll probably won't be able to get here until Wed or so.

I have not done the Viper but it sounds like fun .
