Daily Check in Monday 9 May

Good morning ladies....I was almost afraid to get online as we had some nasty weather!! http://bestsmileys.com/weather/2.gif[/img] I like lightning but the thunder is what woke me up!!

I am trying Cardio Kicks today as I just got the DVD. Needed something new...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/f/wiggle.gif[/img] Later will be GS shoulders, tri, and bi's....have a great day...:)...Carole
 
Happy Monday! I know I hate them too.

My workout today will be abs for sure. Cardio will depend on if my new dvd's of Cathes I won off ebay arrive :) I also won supersets and push/pull. So I am holding off on anything but abs until the mail comes :) If no new workouts arrive I will do treadmill and pub then some plb. I feel blah today as I ate rich food for mothers day dinner (crab enchiladas) and my body just isn't use to it I think. I usually don't eat that rich. Guess it is a god thing I never got around to making Shelley's cookies :)

Good Morning ladies.

Well, first day of maternity leave has begun...YIKES! No work out to report for yesterday but hopefully I can get one in today...

Went to DMV this morning to renew my D/L. Have to get my oil changed in my car and have to start a major cleanmax on this house! I also can't forget to get a nap in there ;-) before I start cooking dinner. My hope is to get my work out in at some point BEFORE dinner now that I am home....we shall see!

Good morning!

This morning I did LowMax. I like the workout more every time I do it, but I especially prefer the second half: from segment 4 onwards. I'm pleasantly tired now.

Everyone really did some great workouts this past weekend, and today. Thanks for keeping me inspired :)

Jes - good luck with IMAX3 today! You're gearing up for the Big Meet Up, aren't you?

Well, i managed to do 1/2 of IM3 and all the back work from may's rotation.


Mariangle: you have been doing alot of Taebo lately!! you are in such good shape! Good for you! i wish you could come to the Cathe Trip!

Hi everybody, I did PUB biceps then did All Step abs then did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit for cardio today!!:D Nice workout!! My weight was slightly down this morning so that was encouraging!!:7

Hi all. I did IMAX 3 today. Holy Cow. I've been trying to take it easy until I see the doctor tomorrow to see if I really do have a cyst that ruptured on my ovaries, but I couldn't take it anymore. I went full out today and it kicked my butt.
