Daily Check-In Monday 6/6

Monday, Monday...

Today is kettlebells and push-ups, think I will do Lauren Brooks volume 2.

This morning I did gym styles - shoulders and triceps + CTX 10/10/10. Low key workout but glad I finished something!

Tammy - you are right - I am overloaded. I will likely see about getting a few days off from work to finish this stuff. Finishing this research is like trying to lose the last 10 pounds. when do you finally reach the finish line? goodness.

Good morning ladies. My computer is soooooo slow this morning. :confused:

Its 4DS HIS for me today after work. Tried to get up earlier today to I could do the cardio portion this morning and the weights after work, but I'm just not a morning person. :confused: More coffee....

Good morning all,

Today was a rest day on the rotation, I did Jillian's shred it with weights. I don't have a kettlebell so I subbed ( quite nicely ) with a dumbbell. I did both workouts and really liked them. I just got this in a trade and I am pleased.

Hello All. Since I don't have the internets home I didn't check in but I stayed on top of things when it came to workouts. :)
Today's workout will be KPC. I also downloaded it so I can do this on using my iPHONE this weekend while I am camping. ;)

i am technologically challenged so pls tell me how you can workout to an iphone? I don't understand how you can see? I apologize for my ignorance. really I do.

I also walked in the park at lunch today for almost 1 hour. I work next to one of the largest parks in the city - 8 square kilometres of paths and trees!

And tammy - thanks for saying I am overloaded. it resonated with me so today - i asked for an extension so i can hand in my research after i complete group therapy which ends on june 25th. yeah. i feel a bit relieved.

Sorry gals that I have been MIA I am still around just been busy the last 7 days subbing for a teacher that is out for the rest of the year. So I have 2 more days and I am done!!! I did take a walk this evening for 38 min. so I managed to do something despite working so much.

You will laugh but I am going through exercise withdrawal and with that in mind when I had dropped my son off at Youth Group last night I usually go to Wal-Mart and walk around. :eek:I went to the exercise section and with a 15 pound Kettle bell did 6 triceps kickbacks with each arm then switched to a 10 pound kettle bell and did 6 more on each side then just for fun walked the whole outskirts of the store and it took me 5 min. and this is a Super Wal-Mart and pretty big.:eek: How's that for a makeshift exercise of sorts using what you have on hand, LOL!! I will be back by the end of the week.:D
