Hi Everyone,

today I did Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio Body. I am absolutely drenched. drenched. This is one tough cardio workout but I never felt like quitting - so little dread. That said - I did tell Bob to shut up a few times. I never tell Cathe to shut up. And why does he call all the women 'girls'? Even in his other DVD's? And the way he touches the women's hips (same in Yoga Warrior)! Why not touch the guys like that? So many questions this morning.

Thanks for bday wishes. I hope all is fine with you Carmen. And Tammy - were you away this weekend? No workouts?

Hi ladies,

Happy belated birthday Siobhan!

Today was a rest day - I did TJ Fat Blaster and then TF Core 20.

Lot's of work today, tomorrow is going to be crazy. It is DS birthday, his first day of golf league, DH's Pain Mgt assessment, and I have to shuttle everyone and work at the same time. I will be glad when the end of the day arrives!
 
For those who were aware, I did not exercise Friday or Saturday.. it was graduation weekend for my middle son from high school so we had family over on Sat. and Friday was spend cleaning like a maniac.

So with that said my weight is up again and this week will be a cardio week to jump start things again. I did 30 min. of Cardio Kicks today,.. my leg is really aching and I am wondering if it has to do with wearing 3+ inches of wedge heels on Saturday pretty much all day. I don't normally do that. They didn't hurt my feet but I could tell when I took them off that I had had heels on all day.:eek:

So hopefully I am back on track again and the rest of the summer should be calmer.

ahhh nice pic. and a great excuse not to workout - to prepare for a family gathering in honour of your son.

let me know if lots of cardio jump starts weight loss for you. i usually default to weights and have actually never focused heavily on cardio. hmmmm. maybe i should.

Siobhan ~ I was away for the weekend, so no formal workouts. I did get a lot of walking in and some bike riding.
 
Hi everyone! Today I did LIC. I love the music and steps of the first combo on this one.

Tomorrow is my appointment with cardiologist to go over all the tests of last week. Keep your fingers crossed. I'd hate to give up working out :(

Its a cloudy rainy evening over here. Great for curling up on the couch and watching the shopping channel :)
