Good Morning,
Late start today 'cos it's an extra long weekend so I slept in. Today was step aerobics from Body Max + Kick Max Blast Challenge. This is my first time doing BodyMax and wow - that is one tough aerobic workout. I planned on doing the whole thing but ran outta time. I'll try to squeeze an upper body workout in later. yeah right!
Busy day ahead. The kids tell me they 'need' to go to the mall.
I hope everyone is having a day off. My husband doesn't, but I do - thankfully.
