Daily check in Monday 11 April

Carla: S&H are my very favorite Cathe weight tapes...I really notice I difference with them, although I only do short rotations as they are time consuming. The new GS dvds run a close second for me.

Shelley: I never thought that I would get the levitation holds to work for me. What helped is doing them with my weight gloves on, on my sticky mat. Next, try to imagine that you are 'zipping up' your lower abs - get that mental picure of zippering up your abs, and then try them. I practiced zippering up my abs while just sitting and watching tv to learn the movement. It's worth a try!

Hola Mariangles! I miss seeing you too! I still post alot, but i don't do the daily check in as much because i haven't been working out every day. I am glad you are feeling better. :7


Well, i finished Imax2 and PUB. I am starving now!!!! hd brought me home some new insoles for my rykas and i tried them today. They are awesome! My feet are very happy!
