Morning All! I stayed in bed an extra 10 minutes and now I'm trying to decide if I'm going to work out or take a rest day...I'm really dragging! :confused: If I do workout it will be a 30 min treadmill run.

Good morning all - I feel like I overslept! Love that time change now.

Today its 45 min of Zumba. Trying to mix the cardio this week.

Tammy - enjoy ur TM run. I'm going to enjoy this week at work. I love being the boss!

Connie - did you get the Peak Workout?

Have any of you checked out that new KB DVD from Susie Chung? Looks Intense.

Carmen - No, no Peak yet, any day now though!

Tammy - In honor of your Firm Classic 1 yesterday I did Firm Classic 2 today! Nice Circuit type workout that fit the bill nicely!

Hi all,

I did about 50 min. of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme for my workout today.

Still need to change up my workouts very often to see results on the scale, thankfully I haven't done this one is a while so hoping it did the trick.

Today I did Day 1 of STS Meso 2. Then I did a 45 minute walk/jog. Not too strenuous on the cardio; saving THAT for tomorrow! lol
