Daily Check-In Monday, 10/15

Back to work today :( I'm not sure what I'm doing rotation-wise...I need more cardio than I'm currently doing.

Good Morning Everyone !

Hi TAMMY! :)

I am back from vacation in Hilton Head ! Had a great week, with perfect weather, tons of walking every day and tons of seafood !

Now I'm back and it's 37 degrees here and I'm in SHOCK !!!!!!!! :(

But going to start the Oct. rotation today. It looks like just what I need and I can't wait to use my new tower !

What's everyone else doing for workouts this month ??

one missing morning glory - checkin in:)

I'm on week 2 of meso 2 and still loving it. Today's workout was a little crazy as I didn't have my weight increments well prepared and I spend a lot of time scrambling. I don't like that! Today was chest,shoulders and triceps.

Becky, I like my tower - I'm finally getting back doms from pullups. But here is the weird thing - my BB doesn't fit it very well. I can't sit in on the supports so that I can easily change my weight on it because the weights on one side need to sit INSIDE the support bracket. Does that make sense to you? It's like the designated area between the weight plates isn't wide enough. I know I'm not explaining it well but I'll try again later.

Happy Monday to everyone. Back at work today, oh boy!

Today I started the Oct. 07 rotation, but I am going to alternate weight and cardio days. Today was Amy's Back, Bi's and Tri's split from APX, then I did Amy's ab section 1 and stretch section 1.
It was an Amy day! I needed the break from the last week of straight Cathe!

Hi all,

I did chest, back and shoulder and ab work off of MIS and Body Max then did a 22 min. kickbox premix off of Kelly Coffee-Meyers 30 Min. to Fitness-Kickbox for my cardio.

I am done now and off to take youngest son to his guitar lesson.:D
 
Phyllis, not sure what you mean about the bb ....what kind do you have ??

Connie, I might do the same , alternating weight & cardio workouts. I'm not sure why she has all the weight work clumped together & then cardio ....do you ? Is there a benefit to doing it that way that you know of ?
I also noticed ABS are lacking in this rotation. I'm going to add on abs later in the day.
My whole house is smelling WONDERFUL because I just made "Connie's Famous BBQ Sauce" MMMMMMMM We are having your chicken tonight !
I also have apples in the crockpot......trying a new
applesauce recipe. Apples & cinnamon! It smells like Fall !
