Daily Check-In Monday, 1/18

Monday already??

Hi all! I didn't sleep well last night, was up every 30 - 45 minutes. Fell into a deep sleep around 5:15am, only to be jolted awake by the alarm at 6am...UGH! :mad:

Today is STS Disc 7, Chest/Shoulders/Bis...oh fun...push-ups, and lots of them :confused::confused::confused:

We had a bit of weather last night, hope the ride into work is a good one. I need a few mental health days off from work and I'm hoping to schedule those today.

I didn't check in yesterday, sorry - I did Tracy Long's TLT Better Body Better Buns. Love it!!!

Today was 30 Day Shred, all 3 sections, ouch!

Sorry for your lousy sleep, Tammy.

For the first time in I don't know HOW long, I slept GREAT. Didn't get up until almost 8:00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dh is home today.......but I will fit in Disc 7. Pushups....ugh!

No workout Sat. but we went for a good walk yesterday, so I am counting that instead of frantically trying to fit in an extra workout this week.

On this Meaningful Monday I shall do JM's Shred 1 and begin the rotation officially today. I'll have to substitute other workout for the Shred days since I cannot do the same workout three times in one week. I did Kelly Coffey Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness Plyo on Saturday and loved it so I maybe I'll do this one again later in the week.

Happy Monday everyone! I work in one of those places that has today off!! :) Today is Drillmax. I took pictures of my workout space and hope to figure out how to put them on my Facebook.

Tonight is part II of 24. We're big Jack Bauer fans.

Oooh! The Drill Max cardio premix is one of my favorites....in that suicidal kinda way :p I haven't done DM straight up in ages. Have fun Carmen!
