Daily Check in Mon Sept 29

Good Morning gals

Today starts a week of the Timesaver workouts. I've had them forever and never used them, and I need a recovery/rest week. So I am off to do timesaver chest and tri.

Muscle Max today for me.

Still trying to wake up & having my coffee to see if that helps.

Phyllis enjoy LM that one is fun albeit fries the legs lol, agrees w/ Tammy its a sneaky one but a goodie for sure.

Deanie wow I was thinking of the Timesavers the other day myself I haven't done those in ages, they are setup somewhat like the CTX series - Have fun with them

Good Morning !

The weekend was really nice & relaxing. We went to an apple festival, hiked in the woods and cooked out .
BOY, the weekends go by fast, don't they ???
I walked on Sat. & Sun and am thinking I will take a recovery/rest week this week too.
Deanie I'm considering the timesavers, that's a good option. Also am thinking about just walking on the TM or outside and doing the timesaver or CTX weights.

My wrist is better so I need to get back to the pushups, but I have no idea where I should start !:confused: When I had to stop and rest I had just finished week 5 .
Any ideas ?

Hi again!

The timesaver I did today was great! I subbed a treadmill run for 20 min, instead of the step. The chest work was short, but good and the pushups (which are usually my strong point) were HARD!! A perfect workout for a rest/recovery week.

Becky ~ I would start with week 5 or take a test and see if you fall into week 5 or 6. sounds like you had a great weekend!

I did Timesaver #1 (step, chest/triceps) . It WAS short but tough!! And Deanie I did get through the pushups although I was shaking !

Short, tough & sweet. Perfect for me today!

I started Cathe's Sept rotation today, at least until I see what she posts for October.
Today was LIS cardio only, and then Coremax 2.

Rest day for me, but you gals know that,LOL!! After working the weekend my Mondays are shot.

Becky, have you tasted the gala apples this year? They are fantastic - at least the ones that I've been buying. I got them at a local farm stand and at my Acme - both delicious!

Deanie, I may have to do a rotation like you are soon.I've found that lately I've been very distracted and not focusing on my workout. I can't remember the last time I did a timesaver one.:confused:

Conni, how was LIS today? Definitely on my fav list. :)

Annette, what's your plan for Oct?
 
Shoot, you mean I have to have a plan?!?!:eek::eek:

I never have a plan, LOL!! I kinda always play it by ear. My Sept. plan got thrown off base when that vertigo hit so I might do a couple more weeks of endurance one week then strength the next, we'll see. So ya see I don't rightly know yet.:rolleyes:
