I'm back I haven't worked out since Thursday, but we did A LOT of walking in NYC. Today is PUSH #1 and 30 min of cardio. I think this starts week 3 of the push phase for me.

I did Cardio Kicks but left out the Power Drills but did the stretch for my workout today. I don't normally do a workout the morning after working the night before but I felt energized and since my weight is coming back down, I didn't want to mess that up.
I honestly think my weight gain from earlier this month was all hormonal.. I mean once the hormones fixed themselves I dropped like 5 pounds almost overnight. The hormonal gain was like 5-7 pounds worth which can wreek havoc on your state of mind when you are trying to lose and suddenly gain without knowing why.
I am pretty ok with having (I hope) figured out what is causing the gain. So now I hope to lose more before the hormones kick in again and I hope they don't for quite some time. Here's to keeping my fingers crossed. LOL!!
